Knowing how these things work from the other side, Jazz uses his knowledge to help track down the new killer, and to prove it isn't him. Follow it with Game.
Dead Is the New Black by Marlene Perez. Daisy's the only one in her family without a psychic gift, and therefore the only one not allowed to help solve paranormal mysteries. But when girls are getting attacked and she thinks her ex-best friend is behind it, she's on it-- even if she has to join the cheerleading squad. The first in a series, follow it with Dead Is So Last Year.
The Deadly Sister by Eliot Schrefer. When Maya's tutor ends up dead, she's the prime suspect, and disappears. Her sister Abby knows she's innocent, but the cops and her parents disagree. Can she prove them wrong?
